If you are trying to submit attendance that does not appear on the Monthly Attendance Submission page, you can view a prior month's records on the Monthly Attendance View screen. See Monthly Attendance View for more information.
On the Monthly Attendance Submission page, check the "Status" column furthest to the right. Records that are ready to be submitted will say Completed, and you must click the certification checkbox and then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of your screen. Once your records say Submitted, they have been successfully submitted for payment processing.
If your records have a different status, please see below:
- Incomplete: You're missing at least one day of attendance for those children. Click on the pencil icon in the Action column to the left of the child's name, and a calendar will pop up, showing the day(s) missing attendance in red. Once you fill in the attendance for those missing days, you'll be able to submit the attendance for the month.
- Non-submittable: There are a few different things that can trigger non-submittable records, such as changes to enrollment, parents' fees, or closures. Please wait one business day before trying to submit your attendance.
Note: If you are still unable to submit attendance on the Monthly Attendance Submission page, and you have verified that all attendance for the month has been entered, please contact CAPS Online Support at CAPSOnline@earlychildhoodny.org, and share with us the information below so that we can proceed with a quick evaluation to determine if it is a technical issue.:
- Your ACCIS (provider/program) ID
- The child case number you're experiencing issues with
- A list of months you're experiencing issues with
- Screenshots/pictures of Weekly Time Entry for the month(s), along with a picture/screenshot of the Monthly Attendance Submission page.
