This error message occurs when the information entered on the screen is incorrect or outdated. Review the following points to see if you have made one of the following errors.
- In the ACCIS Provider Number box, use your 6-7 digit ACCIS ID, not your license number.
- In the Child Number box, use the 10-digit child case number of a child who is actively enrolled. Double-check the child's enrollment dates with ACS to ensure they are still actively enrolled.
- In the Age of the Child box, verify the child's birthdate before entering their age.
- In the Provider's Main Phone Number box, delete the phone number you have entered as your current phone number may differ from that which ACS has on file for you.
