A child’s attendance is listed as Incomplete if there is at least one day during the Current Service Month for which an entry is missing (i.e. a time-in/time out, an absence, or a closure). You can check to see which days are missing attendance by selecting the icon in the Action column on the left (Image 1.1).

This Child Monthly Summary popup will display the entire month’s activity for that one child (Image 1.2). The red calendar icon indicates the days for which attendance needs to be entered.
As you can see in Image 1.2, there are six red calendar days on the Child Monthly Summary - December 1, 2, 5, 6, 12, and 16. All six days need to have time-in/time-out attendance or an absence entered in order for this record to be "completed," which then allows it to be submitted for payment.
You can click on each of the red calendar icons to enter attendance for the days that were missed or return to the daily or weekly time-entry pages for the respective missing dates. Remember to enter an "absence" if the child is not in attendance on a particular day.
