If you need to update basic contact information with ACS, such as your phone number or email address, you can do so in CAPS Online. IMPORTANT: CAPS Online is not the system of record for licensed child care programs and registered child care providers. You MUST continue to update this information with your licensing/registration agency as required by regulation.
Home-based Providers
- Log in to CAPS Online, then click Provider, and select Provider Profile from the drop-down menu. [Image 1]
- On the Provider Profile, you can update your email address and/or telephone number. Be sure to click "save" when you're done. [Image 2]
Note: If you need to update your address or other personal information with ACS, please email CFWB.PIR@acs.nyc.gov, and include your Provider ID number, your name, and the information that needs to be updated.
Center-based Programs
- Log in to CAPS Online, then click Program, and select Program Profile from the drop-down menu. [Image 3]
- On the Program Profile, you can update the director, contact, and/or emergency contact names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers. Be sure to click "save" when you're done. [Image 4]
